Needs a panda express
This place has potentional, however I will explain what I currently hope they will build here. They ARE gonna build an Aldi's, McDonald's, etc. BUT, I do think a 2 story gym (maybe even an LA Fitness location) would REALLY benefit this community as the closest option (in most people's opinions) is REALLY not what the Golden Gate estates deserves. So excited for this new development in Northeast Naples, located in Golden Gate Estates! There will be condominiums, restaurants (McDonald’s), grocery stores (Aldis), gas stations (7-11), brickyard car wash and Auto Zone just to name a few of the already committed parties! Of course, I would love to see a restaurant with healthy options, maybe a Home Depot/Lowe’s and a Walmart/home goods would be convenient for all the locals who live within Golden Gate Estates!
