We had an excellent experience trading in our old RV and purchasing our new RV (our 4th one), thanks to Mike (Fuzzy) and the team. The Ranch really took care of the entire process with ease. From walking into the lot to delivery and set up. JT, Brad, Fuzzy and Andy were all great to work with real laid back and never pressured. They helped with all the essential items and it was truly a turn key purchase.
I was not a customer of the Ranch RV. I purchased an A/C unit for my RV from Amazon. I was having trouble with the thermostat and control box configuration. Whitley went way above and beyond with the manufacturer to get me the correct parts. This is customer service at its finest. Word of mouth is the best advertising a company can have. I will recommend The Ranch RV to anyone that asks
Had an AC issue on my motorhome and called The Ranch. Whitley got me in the next day. They diagnosed the situation, filed a claim with GE and after receiving the new unit installed it. Best service I have ever had with an RV sales and repair facility. Last time I called the "other" guys in town they wanted me to bring my unit in and said they had a three month waiting list for repairs. I highly recommend The Ranch. Thx
