I have always had anxiety around going to the dentist. Everytime I've had to go to The Ranch, it's always a super easy experience. The hygienists and dentists are always so friendly and have excellent bedside manners. My most recent visits I've had Dr Zara, and she worked so quick and did an excellent job assuring my anxiety. Most definitely an excellent dental office.
I will not be coming back, my friends has had bad experiences as well as myself. When I had a tooth pulled, she was *extremely* rough even knowing my extreme dental anxiety. I now go to a dentist in Chestermere, I told him the plan that Zara gave me, and he informed me that what she wanted to do would only prolong my pain, but also make her a lot of money and drain my benefits. She also left infection in my root canal, I'm not sure about any other dentist in this location, but again, I will not be back.
My son had an emergency dental appointment today, and Dr. Ash gave him this sweet surprise! 🥹❤ My boy is so excited and happy! Thank you for always going above and beyond to make my kids feel special and excited. You truly make their day every time! 🦷💕
I met Dr. Zara for the first time, she was absolutely a pleasure to have she walked me me through every step of the way with what to hear and expect, she took her time with explaining everything, my tooth extraction took less time than it thought it would, she put me at ease with my visit, both her and her assistant always checking on me, Dr.Zara and her lovely dental assistant were exceptional! I will definitely be back to see Dr. Zara , 100% recommend Dr. Zara and all the staff at Ranch dental
worst experience with Dr Aurowa, very rude and arrogant behaviour, we wont come back.
