Worst guest access/gate in Collier County. HOA must be completely inept to not have fixed this issue after 5 years of constant complaints, accidents, and 45minute lines to enter the neighborhood. Incredibly embarrassing.
If you are looking to move here and you know a single friend or family outside of the community, it’s impossible to visit them unless they pick you up from the gate. They have had issues from day 1 and it’s never been addressed. Easily the worst gate in Collier County.
