Excellent Service, came on time and knowledgeable on what the problem was. The repair was completed within an hour for broken spring. He made recommendations as to what can be done for continue service.

The screws form the garage door had fallen off and it was a pretty shoddy job by whoever had done it before. I called The Ramsey Garage Door Pros LLC on a Saturday morning and he came in 30 mins and fixed the door and seems a more permanent solution now. It took him about 30 mins or odd to get the work done and also adjusted the spring tension so the door can move a bit more easily. Great service at a prompt time.
Highly recommended! They came to my house to repair a broken torsion spring on my garage door -- and they showed up just 20 minutes after I called! They were clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Also, it turned out I needed to replace some very, very old bearings, and they had them on their truck, so there was no waiting for those to be acquired. They fixed everything in one short visit. I'll definitely call them in the future, when my super old garage door motor finally dies. ;)
The Ramsey Garage Door Pros LLC was terrific. Friendly, fast, and a very good value. Our garage door cables had come off of the spindle and we had some unnerving sounds happening when the door would close. He was able to pretty quickly isolate the problems and gave us lots of information on what he was doing. Would highly recommend!
