Tracy is amazing. So kind and caring . She recently came to my parents' home to give both of them haircuts. They cannot get out of their home without help, and with their mobility issues, leaving home puts them at risk. At 95 years old, they still care about their look. Tracy makes them look and feel wonderful. Tracy is a fabulous hair stylist and special person. The Lake Cowichan community is very lucky to have her.
Terrible. Asked for a mullet (with instructions on what I wanted) and essentially she cut the back of my mullet to the point where it looks horrible and is too short. Not to mention the times I went for just a short cut, absolutely ruined it. She goes for a Scottish cut, not what you want.
