This is a one size fits all, 12 step based approach to addiction. The minute we pulled up in front of the Raleigh House I was labeled. They raced out to the car ( my teen was dropping me off ) and whisked away my bags. The front desk clerk was surprised that I was sober. Regardless I started in medical with a tox screen ( the $500.00 bill for this bloodwork was sent to my home for me to enjoy when I got back a month later ). They lied to me during intake. They told me that I would get a partial refund if I decided that the place wasn't right for me and I left early. Turns out the paperwork I signed says that there are no refunds. They basically stole around $7,000 from me.
Raleigh house provided everything I could have asked for and more. I found a wonderful and supportive sober community here and learned so many great skills to take out into the world. I couldn’t recommend a treatment center more. The staff is top tier. The BHTs Natasha, Billy, and Cole made the experience even more wonderful. :)
I traveled from Buffalo, NY for the 30 day program at The Raleigh House. My experience was so incredible I stayed an additional 30 days at the PHP at Summit. The therapists are top notch and the programming is world class. Every staff member is so helpful making you feel at home. The detail in the care and compassion that is given changed my life forever. I have been to over 13 treatment centers & detox facilities, & The Raleigh House of Hope in Watkins was the rehabilitation I needed- & the focus on both my addictions as well as my mental health & complex-PTSD needs was incredible. I also requested a few meetings with a second therapist beyond my primary, based in specific trauma-related coping techniques; it was incredible to find accommodation like this & to really feel heard in The Raleigh House treatment setting.
