Almost a month without a response after canceling our appointment (which I understood) and then attempting to reschedule. Several emails sent and no response from the paralegal. Highly unprofessional. I’m sure Ms. Rainwater is great, as she came highly recommended by a colleague, but I wouldn’t know because her team couldn’t handle the simple task of scheduling a consultation. Hopefully she sees this and reaches out directly.
