Never had a bad experience w/Etsy until Iuliana (The Rainbow Colors is run by Iuliana Vintila, who has an Etsy shop). She delivered my invites late, then tried to deny it (processing times were in listing & messages). Then I was short 2 b/c they came damaged. Box was in perfect condition & didn't look squished, so I asked her to replace. She denied responsibility & offered a very small refund. I declined. I don't need a minor refund.
