Rain Maker was hired to winterize our sprinkler system last fall. This spring they came to start the system. We discovered they had not drained the pump - the drain plug was still in it. The service technician verified this. As a result the pump had frozen and cracked the housing. Last fall the pump did not leak at all. When the pump was started this spring a large amount of water sprayed from the crack.
