This seasons spring set up and back flow test was the second time my wife and I have used The Rain Doctor. Both times have been very successful. We will be using them in the future and have recommended them to others in our community.
Was looking to disconnect my sprinkler systems. I want to give some kudos to a lady named, Kim, that I was corresponding with via email. She has went above and beyond for me. Her communication skills, professionalism, and genuine concern for my situation, was a breath of fresh air. I will be recommending this company to all of my friends. This woman needs to be recognized for a job well done!
Extremely unprofessional conduct from an old-female driver operating a Rain Doctor LLC–branded truck on State Route 58 in Lorain. The driver aggressively tailgated, made unsafe maneuvers, and then made an obscene gesture at a stoplight. I’ve included a photo of the marked vehicle involved. Behavior like this reflects poorly on any company whose employees are driving branded vehicles in public.
They have been taking care of all my lawn sprinkler needs the past few seasons. Steve is a great guy. Highly recommend The Rain Doctor!
