Amazing apartment the leasing team is awesome including the new property manager AJ has always made me feel at ease living here and always answers any questions I may have. Definite 5 stars recommend to anyone looking for an apartment
In my experience being here for about 5 months it’s very nice building but the way they build the building with paper thin walls your neighbors can here if you have a conversation or play music even if it is on 10 /100 volume and your neighbors can just make accusations with no proof and it’s alright lol so if you want to come here and feel violated with noise complaints and pay two thousand to get harassed be my guest .
Definitely not within a price range for students in the area.
I have been living at the Rails for 6 months as of now. The management has been outstanding in troubleshooting any problems that occur. Ajaay, the property manager, especially is exceptional! I was going through a serious problem in my apartment and he was so prompt in resolving it. He even reached out to the headquarters to make sure my problem was fixed promptly.
