Amazing Team. Super pro-active to assist in the process. From scheduling, to arrival procedure, post precedure follow up.
I had an appointment for 5 PM and was told to arrive at 4:30 PM. I got stuck in traffic driving from work and I called ahead and told them my ETA was 4:45 PM. She wouldn’t confirm whether I could still be seen and said that their requirement is for patients to be “on the table” by their appointment time. So it was dependent on whether I could fill out my forms in 15 minutes. Helpful and friendly staff
They got me in and out before my actual scheduled time. I was impressed and pleased with their professionalism and promptness.
Other than having to call 3 times to schedule an appointment, which I got the same day, it was a good experience. When I called a machine would answer and say you're 2nd in line then would ask you to leave a message, never got a call back. Don't ask people trying to schedule an appointment if you don't plan on calling back
