Awesome service! I hadn’t even set foot in this store but I called them when my Osprey backpack failed on a thru hike from Georgia, US to Cap Gaspé, QC. Kaylee got me in touch with an Osprey rep and literally saved my thru hike!! Thank you sooo much ;)
Wonderful shop in downtown Fredericton on Queen. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who know what they are selling and very willing to help. Nice selection of apparel from multiple brands. Pleasant experience. Good sales generally available year round! Shop local. Update: Aug '25: Thank you to Kate who went above & beyond to locate an item for me in store that had temporarily become invisible. She didn't give up and called me when she was able to locate it.
