Heading to Quebec for what looks to be a wet week and, an hour from home, discovered that I left my rain jacket behind. Was stopping in F'ton to visit family and decided to check for a replacement at Radical Edge - a shop I frequented often when I lived in F'ton 20+ years ago. Excellent customer service. Visited to buy myself some new hiking boots, had lots of questions and Teagan was super helpful with answering all of them and helped me find a comfy pair of boots I'm confident will feel great on the trails. Highly recommend!
I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but Kaylee was incredibly helpful yesterday walking me through options for motorcycle camping. I needed a few items that I had researched online, and Kaylee spent time listening to my needs and offering REAL advice that fit my needs. She was patient and helpful, and honestly she gave the best customer service I’ve had in years.
