I definitely got good service. Halina and Lynessia in particular were good in their different ways-- Halina is a very motivating and direct lawyer (I certainly recommend) and Lynessia was excellent on the administrative side. Their team made sure to work in my best interest, and I was always treated with respect.
Great Job honestly
I do not recommend the Radchenko Law Group, extremely slow service and communication and unprofessional at times. I had an uncontested divorce with no children and only a house to transfer ownership of. It took 8 months for the divorce to finalize when I was originally told 2-3 months. I paid $5,150 upfront and they charged me an extra $800 for “filing fees”, “reviewing the case” etc. which I could barely afford. They would take 2-3 weeks to respond to me or simply respond about updates to the case and only after me reaching... read more
Used this law firm for custody, they took 7500$ in October of mine and I feel robbed. Long story short DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM FOR ANY CUSTODY CASES. She will make it seem like she knows what she’s doing and how important your case is during the consultation but when it comes down to it your not important to this law firm. I wish I knew how awful they was going to be cause it’s costing me 6500$ more to a new attorney and I could have just used the 7500$ and paid someone who knows what they are doing.
