Terrible customer service, they canceled my son's wedding reception today by email. The event is less than 4 weeks away. They were cowards and canceled by email, not even a phone call. Never trust them.
This venue cancelled on us one month before I was getting married.they didn't have the courage or decency to call us(email only). Never use this place in any thing else the owners are accoiated with.
Everything was going well until today. My wedding is literally next month and my event got cancelled with no decent explanation. Don’t waste your time here.
