I absolutely loved The Rack. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. My consultant was Lauren and did an outstanding job. She made listened to what I liked and didn’t . She made my experience there one to remember. I highly recommend this place. It’s super cute and affordable.
I had an amazing experience with my consultant, Faith. She was incredibly helpful and friendly during the appointment and gave me recommendations based on what I was looking for specifically. Thank you for the wonderful experience and every dress I tried on was stunning and within my budget! It truly was an amazing time. Although I have not found my dress yet, I absolutely would love to come in again! :)
Lauren did an amazing job helping me find my dress! I went to 5 other places looking and never found any that really fit my budget or style. Lauren was very patient, helpful, and attentive in helping me explore which styles I wanted to try on/ walk around in and feel most like me. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision on anything and she helped ease a lot of my anxiety about feeling emotional (or not emotional) when trying on loads of dresses one after another. I bought my dress here a week ago and my experience was amazing!! Faith was so helpful in showing me the dresses in my size and helping me find THE ONE! I was encouraged to try on my favorite dresses as many times as I needed to figure out which one was my dress!! 10/10 recommend!!!
I had a wonderful experience for my first time trying on dresses. Lauren was absolutely wonderful! While shopping I just had one image I couldn’t get out of my head and Lauren was able to find it at The Dress, their sister boutique, and get an appointment set up same day (super rare)! I am eternally grateful for her support and genuine interest in me finding THE dress. Thank you Lauren!!!
