Zoey gave us a fantastic tour! Even if we don’t choose this place as our home, she was very transparent and honest. Answered all of our questions, let us have room to breathe while looking around the apartments, 10/10! Fantastic discounts too.
Nice amenities here although some the the doors to the back pool doesn’t work. I also think there should be a way to unlock the door from the lobby room to the grill area. I will say one of the best things about the apartment is the quick maintenance service. Specifically, Luke is awesome. Also, friendly front desk staff/ manager Jacob and Grace are always welcoming which is uncommon for apartments. The location is great, with a giant eagle in walking distance and a reasonably well working bus connection to OSU and downtown. The apartment is not carpeted (except for the bedroom), which is a huge plus and sets it apart from many other places. The front-desk personnel are very friendly, and the building managers do an excellent job in answering all maintenance requests in a timely manner. It's a bit on the expensive side but for what you get it's totally worth it.
I have nothing but great things to say about both the property and the amazing staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. Jacob and Gina greet us with a smile every time we pass by, making the place feel even more like home. Richard and Luke have been lifesavers with any maintenance needs (quick, efficient, and kind). And the Saturday yoga classes with Corrinn are a highlight of the week—she’s fantastic. We truly feel lucky to live here.
