I helped a family member move in here a year ago and every time I come visit, I hear great things about the Superintendent, Joseph. He's always courteous and willing to help. Update: The Superintendent, Joseph, is no longer with the company. It reflects in The Quin's poor upkeep and poor management. Whoever decided to let him go clearly made the wrong choice.

This is hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with any property management company, period. I don’t usually write reviews, let alone negative ones—but this place has been an absolute nightmare, and people NEED to know. We moved out on May 31st, 2025, after fulfilling the full lease. We gave 60 days’ notice back in March, clearly stating that we would NOT be renewing. Everything was PERFECT!!! My husband and I were delighted with the environment. It was peaceful. Everything was extremely clean and organized. A young man who works there, extremely polite and helpful, helped us since we didn't have an appointment, and offered to speak to the office where we were waiting. Love the convenience of the location. Roxana, Kevin, Gloria and Joe are amazing: kind, pleasant and efficient. I just renewed my lease for another year! I had an unfortunate experience with the new FT property manager Victoria but management rectified her blunders almost immediately. She's pretty awesome too. Wish there was a pool!!!
