Long arm services—any pattern available and very timely—I’ve received my quilts back usually in 2-3 weeks. My last quilt was ready in 3 days. Outstanding!! Lots of backing 108” wide fabric to choose from. Always getting in new fabric lines. Lots of baby flannel and soft Shannon baby kits. Excellent selection of Cuddle and Minky. Kelly showed me how to put together a Minky throw—easy peasy. Always available to help select the right colors to go with your quilt fabric/concept. They were very helpful with no pressure when I was shopping with my granddaughter for fabric for her Dutch costume.
I took my sewing machine in to get fixed. They asked to look at it first and found I had things in it wrong. They adjusted and showed me. Amazing, I appreciated it so much!
I was amazed at the customer service and the job that was done when I brought in a t-shirt quilt to have finished. It was very special job to me as it was made from Mom's shirts and she passed about a year and one half ago. They did a beautiful job on it and I cannot thank Kelly enough for the customer service and care I received!
The service is excellent as well as personal attention to any question. The shop is beautiful and well stocked.
