I went to The Quilt Patch for the Pre Holiday Retreat Day today. What a fun time. If you have not taken classes at The Quilt Patch you are missing out. Kathy Seal was the teacher. Kathy is pure sunshine! What a bubbly, charismatic, warm and friendly person. The staff at The Quilt Patch are welcoming, knowledgeable and always willing to help out. I have been to many quilt stores but none compare to The Quilt Patch. Thank you to Kathy and the great staff for always making your guests feel welcome.
I love the Quilt Patch. I recently moved to Tecumseh from Elk Rapids and the quilting ladies up north were raving about this place, telling me I had to check it out, and they weren't wrong. I dove in by taking a beginner class taught by owner Cathy who is beyond amazing. She's a great teacher, showing us all the tips and tricks that make quilting a much more enjoyable experience.
