Sadly, I am giving this company only one star. While the glassware is very nice, the customer service was horrible. I purchased 4 glasses recently as a gift (I had purchase several others in the past) and one was broken when unwrapped. I reached out to the company via telephone and was instructed to send an email to their site. I did so immediately, along with my order info and picture of the broken item.
