Had the pleasure of working with Marcel at the front receptionist area and I needed some help to confirm something with my doctor Kobayashi and she meticulously find the notes that were needed to ask my doctor and then yes I have to wait a little while but that’s not a problem. Then she got back to me so if 5 stars to Marcel as she is a valued and appreciated employee at Queens Medical in Mililani on Meheula Pkwy.
I had the pleasure of meeting my PCP, Dr, Yusuke, Kobayashi and his staff of Lexi and Anesa for the first time and I have to admit this is the BEST Team At Queens. I would highly recommend Dr. Kobayashi if you do not have a PCP I’m not sure if he’s taking new patients but if he is even though you have to wait long, they’ll be worth the weight and please understand that there’s a shortage of doctors here in Hawaii, but Dr. Kobayashi is one of the best and had come highly recommended to me.
