Just received 2nd shipment, it arrived warm. No movement in my weight yet since starting. Let’s see if they will help. More to come. Update: They replaced the package promptly. I understand that the ice pack can melt by the time the package is received, but this one was over 100 degrees. It may have been UPS’s fault. Thank you Queen RX for making things right.
