I had an amazing experience with The Queen Factory! Owner Eboni Merriman provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The decorations were absolutely stunning and exceeded all my expectations. Eboni went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I can't wait for her to decorate my next event.
