Run!! Do not rent here!! These efficiency Apt have no real kitchen!! None of them!! Not even the 1bd! But yet now they are wanting to start renting at $700!! Are you kidding me!! This place is infested with roaches, smells of sewer!! Chemical smell throughout the building, cigarette and weed smell everywhere! But yet it's a smoke free building 🤣🤣 So much dog poop and urine in the floor! Tenants just leave it there Doors just got replaced, got broken not but 3 weeks later! ACs are a joke!
