Absolute shambles, tried phoning ahead to see if the kids pool would be open. No answer. Turn up anyway around 2:50 find out there is a kids party at 3:15. Steam room is always broken. Used to pay 100-150 for a year's membership. Now they want something like 250/300. Will have to find somewhere else...
Shocking customer service from Dinu Nuwan. Absolute zero understanding and no ownership of his mistake. Zero apology.
Awful customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone if you have an inquiry. Rude staff. Hire people who actually love working here & do a good job of making ppl & children feel welcome! Thanks.
Not a great experience - very dirty, very run down and tired, needs a bit of investment to get it even just hygenic again Broken shower door locks and toilet seats Out of order steam room which I wasn't made aware of when I paid to use the steam/sauna facilities Also annoyed to have the timetable show "lane swimming" 6:15-9:30 only to get in there and find most of the lanes being used by the swim club, leaving one slow, one med and one fast lane for everyone else The one star I've given is for the nice, friendly guys on rece... read more
