The Peloton bikes have not been logged into the Peloton system for weeks and require a licence code. I raised this twice (before and after the BH takeover) and was told it would be fixed in 2 days — but nothing has changed. Without the system, you can’t sync rides to Strava or other apps. Very disappointing, hope the new owners actually address this.
Sadly,not a nice experience at all. The staff at the front are most of the times unhappy to have any conversation with you. As soon as you walk in to the changing room it smells of a urine... The same lockers are broken for ages,most of the showers are broken and the toilets... Water in the swimming pool was so cold,we been shivering!I have a 1 year old daughter,I will never bring her here!🥶 We have a membership which keeps increasing,but the quality of the facilities does not change for better.It's time to look for somethi... read more
Kid went for a swimming party really good
Genuine question: is the receptionist there against her will? Because I can’t see any other reason for her obnoxious behaviour, inappropriate jokes, and complete lack of an “off” button. As far as I’m aware, the receptionist is meant to be the face of the company - but so far, it’s been a complete disaster. A little training wouldn’t hurt: simple things like “Hello,” “How may I help you?” “Thank you, goodbye” would go a long way.
What a horrifying experience this place provides. Upon arrival the female receptionist on a Sunday is extremely unfriendly and rude, so much so I thought she was winding me up. Then the facilities where do you even start? This place hasn’t had a lick of paint since the early 2000s, multiple changing cubicles missing doors or locks not working and the swimming pool is freezing cold and dirty, avoid at all costs.
