I have been to the cervical clinic today. This was my first visit. I met 2 persons there, one is main nurse. one is trainee nurse. They both are very very loving and kind. Mentally physically they made me comfort well, before and during the test. They both very well supported me.
Rude receptionist, I was only asking for directions for my elderly nan who is hard of hearing. Completely rude no need to talk to people with complete attitude. Won’t recommend go somewhere else
terrible service. Asked to come and do a blood test and never sent the form..was told on the phone, they will have the form where the bloods are taken. They didnt have it. Had to get it off the counter. No communication and no homework done. Is this how a health org run?? bear in mind, i am an immigrant, who works and has employed people in the past and currently and also pay NHS health surcharge of more than £1000 a year. Absolute joke ! You call and get told to do e consult to then hear nothing back for days , when you actually need an appointment… your a doctors your supposed to treat and see people not fob them off !!! Maybe the doctors should try reading there reviews and doing something about it as There are a lot of terrible ones
