Would rather live in the sweaty no AC dorms than here. The power goes out randomly (was completely out for 30 minutes just the other day), and the fire alarm is unreal. It’s gone off about 7 times in the first 3 weeks, including one time from 4:00 AM to 5:40 AM non-stop blaring. There's a bug problem too. Cockroaches in the bathroom/bedroom and gaps in the window frames that let stink bugs crawl in. It has heated stairwell
Unfortunately my experience at The Quarters was terrible. After UNI took over everything was a mess. it took weeks for maintenance to come, they tried to claim that we “didn’t move out in time” and fine us when we did. And the worst thing they have done is steal our $400 security deposits and refuse to return them simply because they “don’t have it on file” very unfortunately was a great place to live before the school took it over. If you live here you’ll probably have to go through legal battles as I am currently.
