I would like to highlight Ms. Sam. (I know she held many positions within Lewis Companies) Since I've been staying here, she has been really helpful in making my stay the best it could be. My air conditioning went out back in August 2024 and she made sure from beginning to end that I was aware of what was going on and when Mr. Chris would arrive, just the whole nine yards... So, thank you Ms. Sam, I have been meaning to shine some light of her and her devoted service. I really appreciate her.
I loved living here. Double gated, nice pool, quiet, great neighbors…the list goes on. I do miss it!

Extremely quiet besides the neighboring apartments. If you need maintenance for anything like let’s say something is broken! They will never come and you will be put on a caller line they never answer the only thing that get fixed is the gate. If you have a broken down vehicle including a bicycle with a flat tire they put a sticker on it saying it will be towed.. 🙄
