We've been lived in the Quarters for 2 years and really love the apartment. The tall ceiling and natural sunlight make the apartment unique. Elevator is a huge plus while the rent is very reasonable. Gym comes with one time fee and only a block away with 24 hour access. We also appreciate the landlord Michael who always responded to our questions in time. Highly recommended the Quarters!
I lived here for 2 years while completing my masters program and had a great experience. The landlord, RDI, is very attentive. Most issues were resolved the same day. The building mostly houses grad students and young professionals, and it's very quiet and everyone is easy going. As the other review mentioned, the ceilings are high, and there is a dishwasher and washer and dryer in every apartment. I've lived with RDI for almost 3.5 years now and I can't say enough good things about Michael and RDI as a whole. I've had a considerable number of accessibility needs to make sure my apartment is livable and works well for my needs and Michael has been accommodating to them all so far. Michael and RDI take excellent care and pride of their facilities. Michael is very attentive and quick to respond to the residents. Great apartments and conveniently located in Downtown Champaign.
A really well maintained and beautiful apt building. Michael takes a really good care of the facilities and residents. I loved the high ceiling with lots of light coming in. Spacious bathroom. A very nice bamboo hard floor. Wonderful windows keeping indoor temperature quite well. No noisy neighbors. Strongly recommend!
