This apartment complex is a complete disaster. The fire alarm goes off every single week for no reason, sometimes in the middle of the night. No fire, no emergency—just constant false alarms that disturb everyone. It’s beyond frustrating, and management refuses to do anything about it. On top of that, security is a joke. One Star Review I’ve had nothing but issues since moving into this apartment complex in Ybor, Florida. The fire alarm goes off every week for HOURS, and it’s absolutely unbearable. No one ever seems to know what’s causing it, and it’s completely disruptive. I’ve contacted management multiple times, but they’re useless and never seem to address the issue or offer any solutions. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The Quarter at Ybor is an absolute nightmare to live in. The fire alarm goes off at least once a week for no reason—no fire, no emergency, just endless false alarms disrupting sleep and daily life. Do not live here. Every week fire alarms go off for no reason. As I am currently writing this it’s 8am on a tuesday and the fire alarm is on. Is the building on fire? unfortunately no, just the alarm for no reason. Could not think of a worse place to live :)
