Recommend other builders besides Meritage Homes. I moved from out-of-state and deposited a good portion of my savings into a new home in the Quarry community. Within three months of my stay I am seeing multiple cracks all over my garage floor and my ceiling. When I contact warranty their response is that the repair is one time and any additional cracks would have to be resolved out of my pocket despite being within the 12 month warranty period.
