PLEASE read this review. I am hoping it will save someone the time, money, and stress my partner and I had to endure living here for a year. I wish a member of management had taken the time to clearly review the following situations and lease requirements with us. 1. The lease agreement is long, BUT READ IT! Pay specific attention to the requirement of a 60 days WRITTEN NOTICE of your intention to move out. I had assumed (like most complexes) a 30-day written notice was required, rather than 60 days. I would give zero stars if I could. DTN as a company is very predatory in their lease terms and will absolutely try in every way they can to take as much of your money as possible. The staff is largely indifferent to the residents aside from noise complaints. The property is nice but does not warrant the high costs and hidden fees you are likely to encounter. The best thing about The Quarry is the maintenance staff.
Definitely the best apartment experience I've had thus far. Maintenance is very quick to respond, for the most part. The units are unbelievably nice. Amenities are lovely and the location is the best part. Payment is super easy. They host a ton of community events, if that's something you're in to. It's got a little trail right outside the community and you can walk to the Shavey road plaza on a nice day. I've made a lot of really lovely memories in the 2 years I lived here. Tony with maintenance is professional, friendly, and gets the job done quickly. The leasing staff are also very helpful and friendly, making the whole experience easy. Highly recommend!
