Even making 3.5X the rental amount, good credit history, good leasing history (we had to provide ledgers from our last building that indicated impeccable payments) no evictions, no criminal history and we own a business that has been on an upward trajectory for the past 5 years. My daughter's boyfriend lives there. I've never had any problems anytime I've taken my daughter and/or her boyfriend back and forth. A very well kept facility, from what I know.
Beautifully kept grounds and responsive maintenance team. The people here are all really friendly. The gym, pool, and hot tub are lovely! My only gripe is the waste management. About once a month (I’ve been here for 6 months now) there is inevitable a pile up of garbage at the waste compactor, and every week the recycle bins are full by the third day after emptying. I wanted to give a shout out to Chad at the Quarry! He has been working with me on a dishwasher issue. Based on problems with my appliance it was decided to try a few work arounds. Today he brought me a shiny new dishwasher. He is always friendly and helpful. He is such a pleasure to work with and always addresses my maintenance needs with a smile! thank you Chad!
