Really wish the manager would give us notice when they send companies here to climb all over the roof, scaring the hell out of you!
2/9/2024: So sad to see an awesome neighbor being made to move due to the Al Angelo Company ignoring issues that need to be addressed on this property. Mold caused by faulty vendors/inspectors is NOT the fault of the tenant, yet Nicole Kraig seems to think so. If you value your health, stay away from this property. Update: Someone needs to investigate this management company. Mold, rats, spraying the lawn without letting us know that they are having a company come spray the lawn, and to be aware of your animals and kids. The current manager does not return calls or emails, no one picking up trash, the dumpster area is never litter free, people seem to think they can park anywhere they like, mold in the old windows, you can't get to the mold to clean it, as the window needs to be dismantled, mold in the attic space, making people sick, ... read more
1/17/2024: I find it quite unnerving watching a 73 year old lady shovel snow from her ramp! Honestly, the owners only care about their rich properties. Guaranteed if you go out to their rich properties, all of the snow has been plowed, and the sidewalk and enterances to the apartments are clear. They were out the other day shoveling a tiny swath, hardly enough room to walk. All they did was stand around talking and playing on their phones. Update: Truly tired of watching grounds/maintenance sit in his van for the entire duration he is here. The dumpster area is filthy. Their is one woman here I see picking up trash and trying to help, but it's not her job. Please make sure your people are doing their jobs, not playing on their phones, this includes the landscapers. We shouldn't have to clean up after them. Would love to give this place a good rating. Unfortunately I can not.
