Our qualified and experienced staff are on hand throughout to ensure every customer has the support and advice they need to ensure a safe and effective workout. We have experience working with older adults with a long term illness such as cancer and parkinsons. We can offer all customers weight management programmes and high intensive workouts for those looking to push the limits.

Amazing gym, Small and community driven, Although small it his has every bit of equipment you need to get a workout. The people who go are mostly lovely and friendly and unlike your big gyms, I have never once been made to feel intimidated. The staff are lovely and you get to know them quick, the are all very approachable and knowledgeable. I came to the gym 5 months or so ago and I have went from 17st to 13.4lbs. Great little gym
Really good gym to exercise. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, have a good selection of equipment, and it's an immaculately clean environment. Prices are good value, too.
Been going to this gym for a long time but even so you get treat like a second class citizen and talked down to, their rules are over the top and pointless. Also the equipment is always falling apart or out of service and not nice to use. Music is also not gym appropriate music. I held out with this gym only because it was the closest one to me but I won't be going back. If it means travelling to another gym on bus then so be it.
