I cannot say enough about the staff of the Q. From the moment I moved in the staff and specifically the maintenance team, James has been so kind and helpful. Any question or concern I had, has been answered in a timely manner and James is always willing to help. I’m so happy I chose to live here!

James and the maintenance team are the best! We submitted a maintenance request and it was handled incredibly fast. James went above and beyond in terms of fixing the problem as well!

Maintenance Supervisor, James, is excellent! Any time we need maintenance work, he is extremely helpful and really cares to solve the dilemma no matter how small or complex. He is reliable and very knowledgeable.
