Going on my 2nd year here. Office team is great; Nadia has helped so many times! And the Maintenance Man James is terrific! Great team managing this lovely property.

I absolutely love living at The Q - it's a great community, and I'm truly grateful Nadia played such a big part in bringing me here.
Gina from the leasing office is wonderful to work with. She assisted giving me a tour of the property and also helping to set up proper accommodations for my specific unit. Not only the maintaince team responded quickly to ensure the accomodations were taken care of.
James was super helpful & thorough in trying to identify why our hot water wasn’t working. He’s also super friendly which is a plus!
