I could not recommend PWR house enough!! The coach’s are motivating, upbeat, and genuinely there to help you get stronger. I have been going for around 6 months consistently and still every time, I leave feeling like a better and stronger version of myself!
I started at PWR house in July as a nervous, self conscious, gym newbie with major physical health goals/desires. From day 1 I have felt like I belong. Every coach has something awesome to offer! Christin is absolutely amazing and has helped me reach some amazing new physical abilities I never thought were possible. I’m changing not only physically but mentally! If you are thinking about a change…come to PWR House! You will love your journey!!
Five stars oh my goodness I’ve been going to this gym for a while now and if I could give 10 stars I would!! This gym is so inviting and well kept, I have never felt more welcome as someone who was below beginner level when starting I could not be more thankful for the couches walking me through how to set up my bike for how to properly get ready for a boxing class even making sure I’m set on the reformer! As one of the Founding Coaches, I am so proud to see how far our gym and our Coaches have come! From being so welcoming and going out of their way to text clients welcome messages so they feel prepared to take their classes to free cycle shoe rentals and water/snacks! I’ve been coming to PWR house almost 3 years and I have loved every class I've taken. PWR cycle with coach Court is my go to class but all of the coaches are amazing at what they do and EK at the front desk is always so sweet and incredibly helpful. If you’re looking to get into group fitness, reformers, or cycle classes, I HIGHLY recommend coming to PWR house.
