I am new to spin and fitness classes In general as they tend to be pretty intimidating and overstimulating. I’ve taken two spin classes here and have had such amazing experiences both times. Coach Court was incredible with helping set up my bike and gave tips during the workout that were extremely motivational and helpful. Also good at reading the room and challenging us with good music! PWR house is such an experience! Not only are you gaining strength and confidence with the variety of classes they have BUT you come out with a sense of belonging, like you matter. In this small town they bring community with passion and it shows through coach and outreach.
