I adopted a 15 year old long haired cat 14 months ago. It was past the 1 year mark before she even started to become cuddly. Since then I've been working to desensitize her to a comb or brush, and a harness for travel. She is friendly with my neighbor, Mom and Dad, but still runs under the bed upon their arrival and usually stays there. Kara has been wonderful and patient with my cat, who is anxious about grooming. I so appreciate her expertise! Highly recommend!
I always feel safe bringing my dog here to Kara, as she is Fear Free Certified and lets me know how he did. She works at his comfort level, which is important to me. He always looks amazing and smells great for weeks afterward!
