Val, also known as the 'Goddess of Glam', takes her apothecary of skin care and creates an individual experience for each of her clients. She was bubbly and put me to ease the first time we met. Her energy, proficiency and upbeat personality keep me coming back!!
Bought a groupon and didn't realize it expired (only by a month) when I pulled it up today. She wouldn't honor it which I thought was wrong and a little tacky. She'd do it if I paid the difference of the regular price, but my point of buying it was to only pay $35, not $70. Very disappointed.
