Amazing customer service. I inquired about catering options and was given a brochure that included their products/prices, email to reach out if I had more questions. They successfully made their classic ube cake for my daughter’s birthday and delivered on time. Very quick and professional responses and easy payment options. I was initially disappointed with an issue I had with my purchase and did have to make a trip back to the store. However, I truly appreciate how quickly and thoughtfully it was resolved. A special thank you to the new lady at the Erin Mills Centre store for her kindness and excellent customer service. She really helped turn the experience around!

Authentic Filipino desserts! The best place to buy Ube products. I really enjoyed my ensaymada it’s really tasty and fluffy. They have all sorts of pastries and desserts too. Even they have a sit down table if you want to eat there. The service was quick and easy. All in all, I would recommend this shop for anyone who wants to try Filipino desserts. 5
