Biggest Frauds and Liars in Business!!! Never ever go to them for tax filing or any business that they offer. I have been trying to coordinate with them since March 2024 about by tax returns for 2023 and they initially filed the taxes incorrectly and auto debited the fee of $500 in August 2024. Also when it was delayed for more than a year, the Owner Tabatha and Yasmine promised that they will amend and not charge the fee as it’s already been debited and will receive the amended amount by June 2025. In 2023 the preparer they assigned to us at that time added a $10,000.00 fraudulent tax credit to both my and my spouse’s returns. This led led to a series of IRS letters requesting verification and documentation. Eventually, we managed to connect with someone else at Diamond Tax—someone other than the original preparer—and were told they would amend the returns free of charge and also handle our 2024 filings. Revised 5.22.25 This is a long review, but worth the read if you are planning to use this company. In 2023, we used this company for the first time to file our taxes. The tax preparer employed by them inserted a fraudulent tax credit on both of our tax returns that caused the IRS to start sending letters wanting validation, etc. We were finally able to speak with someone at Diamond Tax - instead of the former tax preparer - and they told us that they would amend our taxes at NO CHARGE TO US and would complete our 2024 taxes.... read more
Not a good company.
I’m only giving it a star just to write this review, but after going through all these reviews about this business I would have NEVER filed w these people. My uncle referred me too them saying they were really good and I trusted it, I did my taxes w someone name maui?? I’m not sure how to pronounce it she said I was getting back almost 10,000 but after all the fees I was only getting back 7,000 which fine whatever I thought it was pretty good!
