Just wanted to inform buyers that as an 8 year user of this product I have stopped using it 2 months ago. It worked well for stopping my snoring, but was replaced every 3-6 months due to the material breaking down and mouth having to readjust. This should have been my first red flag, but continued to use since it stopped snoring and wife was able to sleep better.I currently have 2 cracked/chipped front upper teeth due to my mouth shifting from a standard bite to a mild under bite (both jaw and teeth shifted). This device fixed a host of problems for me that were unexpected, and are not advertised.1. It ended my snoring, as advertised, probably saving my marriage.2. I was skeptical but their PureSleep product does exactly what it promises: it stopped my snoring, and I snore REALLY loudly. Actually, if I've had a couple drinks, I'll still snore, even when wearing my PureSleep, but it's more like a cat purring -- and not like a lion roaring! I've been using PureSleep for years and get about a year's use out of each one...best investment in a good night sleep I ever made!
This place out right lies and in my opinion they are a **** on ********. I purchased the item from them with a money back guarantee. I absolutely wasn't happy with it so I sent it back with the label they provided and it's been several months and they refuse to refund my money. Stating there's no evidence I returned it. They are a **** in my opinion

The pure sleep co. is a rip off company.If you send a item back to them,they make you go through a bunch of b******t to get your money back.Beware if you order from them.
I have placed two different orders with PureSleep. Both orders were received on time and the product seems to work.
I accidentally typed my address wrong (1 digit off) when I was checking out so it package got returned to the sender. I contacted Pure Sleep as per instructions on the order confirmation, to USE THE SUPPORT tab on their website and I got a response within 12 hours. They were very helpful and re-shipped my package back to me. I think the folks that are having a bad experience with customer service is because they are not following the proper protocol to initiate support.
