Sent in a test sample over a month and a half ago. Reached out to them after a month had gone by to make sure they received it. Supposedly, David was going to contact me, but three phone calls and two weeks later I get crickets. All I needed to know was that they did in fact receive it. If you can’t call someone back, you have no right getting a 5 star review. Next call is going to Home Depot where they have all their test kits. I’m sure Home Depot doesn’t want you representing them if that’s the type of service you provide.
There is no one else to call. Do this for your family’s future today.
Seth and Olivea were neat and informative. We have a complicated water purification system that requires attention to details and they came to the rescue!
Seth and Oliviae were a great install team. They explained the installation process, went to work without hesitation, updated us during the entire visit. You have two fantastic representatives for your organization and you should be extremely proud of both of them. I will highly recommend your company based on thier professionalism alone. Seth and Chris did a great job with the installation of our water softening system along with an R/O water filtration system under our kitchen sink. They were quite clean and courteous and explained the features of each unit very well. I would definitely recommend The Pure Experts!
