Absolutely do NOT do business with this company! We spent $4000 on a water filtration system only to have the company disappear when we needed a simple replacement part. It started out with us being told 'only members can access the part.' I guess they forgot to look at our file because we are Bronze Members. Then it turned into promises to send us what we needed. And now here we are almost three months later, still needing a new part, and a company refusing to answer my texts and calls. Stay away from this company!!!!!
Do not let this company into your home, they will upsell you, put you under a time limited offer pressure and they will mess up your septic system
