Ms I took my dog here he is a mix breed shihtzu. I took him here to get the works. The groomers told me that his hair was supper matted and had to be shaved. I was scared to see what he'd look like I picked him up and it wasn't bad at all. He actually looked cute and smelled good. the guy that took care of me did insist the dog needed to be on a leash but i hardly ever use one. I like that he cared about my dog being safe.
Disappointing I took my Puppy in for a full service grooming. He had been groomed prior at a spa in Oak Park and the Groomer said he was great and his coat was meticulously cut. Well I decided to try this new place. Bad idea. His coat was patchy, longer areas and shorter in others. He looked all choppy, not smooth. They didn't bother to cut the hair on his head, because "he was being difficult", yet they managed to cut the hair around his eyes, which I would think would be more difficult. The Puppy Shop i HAVE TRIED OUT MANY OF THE LOCAL "GROOMERS". I TOOK GINGER TO VARIOUS GROOMERS AND ASK FOR A NICE CUT BUT MOST OF THE PLACES WOULD TURN AWAY MY POOR LITTLE GINGER. THAT IS UNTILL I TOOK HER TO THE PUPPY SHOP. SHE WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND WAS SENT HOME WITH A NICE CUT AND SMELLING FRESH. THEY EVEN LET ME STICK AROUND AND WATCH THEM GROOM HER.
Nessa These people are cool. I take my two dogs there all the time. I've been going to this place for about 2 years now. Some family members have also bought pups from them and are good. I believe its like with everything else we all deal with, if you go in the place and you treat them good then you get treated good too & vice versa.
Poor review on Berwyn puppy store I went in there yesterday and it smelled of pee sooo bad, we could gag. The employees pretty much ignored us (even though we were the only ones there), and I had to convince them to let me look at one of the dogs. The puppy was 8 weeks old and had pee encrusted all over its stomach. But most alarming was a pug that was about 40 lbs. and clearly a mutt (it was huge and thick, not fat!). Every time I bring Copito chanel here he feels softer than a baby bunny and smells so fresh and clean. He takes his time, and takes care of us every time. I highly recommend him.Abraham We love to visit the puppy shop❤️🙏🥰 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I took my dog sugar to get groomed for the first time, and the puppy shop did an amazing job on her!! The staff were very informative, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this place!
