Friendly staff and very accommodating. The team does great work. I had a UV system and hot water tank put in and it works like a charm. We use them every year for cottage opening with no issues!
Could not have had a better experience. Had reverse osmosis and salt systems installed. From start to finish everyone was kind, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Time was taken to explain options to me, understand strengths and weaknesses of different options, and instruct on maintenance once the system was installed. Great working with such an effective team.

I highly recommend The Pump Shop for all your plumbing needs. I lost the water flow at my house and contacted Ashley for help. Ashley scheduled the Pump Shop technicians to arrive the next day, and "The Boys" quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen water pipe from the well head into my house. The Boys had the water pipe steamed and unfrozen and recommended internal heat tracing, as well as advising me to run a water tap over night to make sure the water pump operated and prevented freezing during the extremely cold nights.... read more
