We had a sudden water issue and the team at the Haliburton Pump Shop was excellent! They were able to come the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got everything back up and running. Thanks Dallas and Ryan!
I highly recommend The Pump Shop for all your plumbing needs. I lost the water flow at my house and contacted Ashley for help. Ashley scheduled the Pump Shop technicians to arrive the next day, and "The Boys" quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen water pipe from the well head into my house. The Boys had the water pipe steamed and unfrozen and recommended internal heat tracing, as well as advising me to run a water tap over night to make sure the water pump operated and prevented freezing during the extremely cold nights.... read more
I highly recommend the pump shop. I had an issue with the pump system at my cottage on New Year’s Eve. I spoke with Ashley who spent a lot of time troubleshooting the issue over the phone and arranged to have a technician come out on very short notice during the busy holiday season. The technician arrived on time and fixed the issue (replaced the pump pressure switch).
