They advertise "community events" all the time but rarely ever actually host them. Increasing money for decreasing service. Do NOT recommend living here.
Overall it was a good experience and liked our time. Good amenities and people. The one thing is the Xcel costs were absurd. We had bills of 270 dollars for 1400 sq ft or 1700 sq ft with temp set at 67. 140 a month was the lowest month. We eventually moved to a place at 3k+ square feet, and have never had a bill over $175. Nobody could ever explain why it was so high every month.
I love it here, the location is spot on in the heart of Denver, the amenities are amazing. I am living in a luxury hotel. The staff is concerned about your wellbeing and attentive to all of your needs. So happy here, I just signed my 3rd lease!
I have tried to get a tour for 2 weeks now, I’ve had two appointments and they called and canceled both of them within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment both times do better please.
