My first time staying at this lovely hotel. Super convenient location with walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and more. I gave 5 stars, but perhaps an oversight with body wash dispenser was empty, so bad timing to find out! Just saying. Coffee maker was tricky too, but who can complain when they serve Illy? The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. Definitely will return!
I really Hate to Post a Much DESERVED 5 Star Rating. Everything about this hotel is just wonderful. Especially the people...from the front desk associates to the keepers of the house...All are Just OutSTANDING! The rooms are beautifully done with impeccable taste and design. Please respect and acknowledge the workmanship and the little details put into this gem!! Love The Publisher!
It was such an amazing location! The staff is incredibly helpful , attentive and they also have security doing rounds of the parking lots ! It’s safe to park and very easy to get in and out of the lot! I wish the breakfast was for an extended period of time. It was open till 9.30 am which can be tough to catch if you are planning on sleeping in
Problems Arrived and Asked to store bags early as we knew we were way too early (10:00 AM) for check-in (4:00PM). The female on duty at the desk offered to pre-check us in and then we could just pick up keys when we returned. We went through the whole process taking more than 30 minutes. We mentioned needing 2 disability accessible rooms as we had registered for them months ago and held confirmation notices. We were informed that there were no accessible rooms available. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Biz, the receptionist, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set the tone for our stay.
