This hotel is absolutely beautiful. We love that they preserved an historic building, and the location is excellent. It just needs better management. The food at the restaurant is fantastic, but it takes forever during breakfast. We frequently couldn’t get an elevator, because there was no freight elevator, and staff was always using it for housekeeping or something. When providing rooms, you are really providing sleep.
