Horrible experience with Scott Moler. He was unreliable and flip-flopped many times regarding status and responsibilities. All contact with Scott was initiated by me, never by Scott. I wouldn’t hear from him for weeks and I would have to call him to get updates. The updates ranged from waiting to hear from the adjuster, the damage is covered, we’re just waiting for parts price. A tree fell on my house in August 2024 creating 2 holes in my roof and water damage on the interior. Negotiating with the insurance company on my own was futile and I hired The Public’s Adjuster.
