Mike and his team have been life savers for us and our home. We had significant ice dam damage on multiple floors of our home. Mike took on our case and worked with our insurance company to get us in a position to get our house repaired better then we could of on our own. He's prompt, communicates, cares about homeowners and we are so thankful we had the chance to meet him and work with him. If we ever get in trouble again we'll ll be calling Mike and his team. We couldn't be happier with the results they provided.

Edgar went out of his way to come to our house due to having issues with the contractor. The job was supposed to be done in 3 weeks and we are reaching 3 months! Total inconvenience for the entire house especially the living room. Edgar is helping us to contact the contractor but we also have the option to get a new contractor which Edgar mentioned. Very nice gentleman and really cares about his clients.
