Todd and his team were truly incredible to work with. They went above and beyond for us during a very stressful situation. We came back from vacation in the winter to a frozen pipe and the damage was devastating. At first we didn’t even know where to start. Mike Berube from the Public Adjusters was professional, knowledge and great to work with. I could call and ask questions anytime. We as the insured are not knowledgeable enough of the process and that is what is amazing about what they do. While there was hail damage on houses all alround me August 2024, my insurance company refused to pay after taking on three options to get it approved to no avail.
