I’ve had a positive experience at this physical therapy center overall. The staff has been kind, professional, and genuinely supportive during my recovery. They take the time to explain exercises and make sure I understand what we’re working on, which helped me feel more confident about the process. The environment is welcoming, and the therapists clearly care about helping their patients improve.
They did a good job and they were friendly. I would recommend this physical therapy.
I came in with back pain that required an emergency room visit, x-ray, pain medication, and two weeks off from work. I was concerned that my pain would affect my job. After several weeks of working with Jena Schneider and her team my back pain was gone. The environment was friendly and relaxing. I was impressed by the knowledge of the therapists and variety of exercises I was given, that increased over time. I would recommend the The PT Group in Penn Hills to anyone trying to recover from pain and/or injury.
Jena and her staff were wonderful. They were knowledable and helped me regain strength to relieve my knee pain. I am working what zi was taught at home and all is well.
When I first walked in, I was thinking that this was just a "hoop" to jump through so that my insurance company would approve surgery. My shoulders were killing me! I was literally losing sleep. Everyone in this office was wonderful. My shoulders are not completely better, but they feel better than they have in years.
